Woo RiceBox

There has been alot reviews going on for Woo Ricebox located at the heart of CBD District.

So we decided to check that out to get a verdict this Taiwanese Rice Box.

We tried 2 different bentos, both were to our disappointment as there was no gravy which make the rice very dry.

Whatsmore, it isn't really that value-for-money in terms of being a "rice box".

I doubt we will ever come back, again.

Bangkok Jam @ Plaza Sing

Decided to try this newly opened Thai Food Restaurant as we happened to chanced upon.

Ordered my personal favourite, Fried Kway Teow. 
Surprisingly tasted good as it is different from those you get in the hawker centers. 
It comes with fragrance and the noodle texture was nice to chew. 

Also ordered his personal favourite which is Minced Chicken Basil Rice. 
Although it is supposed to a cheap meal for people in Thailand, it does not come cheap here in Singapore.
However, for the taste, it suits our tastebuds as it is not too spicy and the gravy was good.

Being in a Thai Restaurant, how could we forget about trying the local drinks.

So we order a Lemongrass tea and a Thai Milk Tea.

Not forgetting, the mainstream Mango Sticky Rice for desserts!

Immediately, I fell in love here after trying 3 course.

Definitely coming back again!

Prawn mee @ Beach Rd

Ever heard of where the best prawn bee is located at?

I don't have a personal favourite until boyf broght me here.
This shop has a long history and it is always crowded especially during the weekends.
There are many types such as the normal ones, the one with Pork Ribs and a Jumbo one. 

We tried the normal one and it was so good.
The soup has a strong flavour and the prawns were fresh.

Beside the prawn mee was selling Prawn Fritters.

Another amazing food store which is super good in the prawn fritter. 

Be sure to come and try out this amazing prawn store(s)!

Chilis @ Clarke Quay

So i was so lucky to won a $40 voucher from one of the entry from danielfooddairy.
Thankful for that so that we were able to try out dining at this place.

Ordered a side dish which was in their special menu for a try. 
It was good as an appetiser.

We orderd a Beef Burger which was so good! (We just wished it would be more juicy!)

And we ordered Pepperoni Pizza. 

Tasted quite normal because i could find better pizzas.

49 Seats @ Outram Park

Finally tried 49 seats cafe!

Ordered Creamy Smoked Duck Pasta and Mushroom Sauce Chicken Chop. We also opted to top up to make it a set meal.

Overall, the taste was good with a nice ambience.

Hoshino Coffee

This is a new Japan Restaurant and the amazingly looking menu just brought us into the shop.

I ordered Fuwa Fuwa, which was the signature in the shop.
It looks special and taste foamy as it was made of egg. 
In terms of taste, i think its not that fantastic as it was quite plain with not much ingredients given a high price.

Ordered the Omu Rice. However, it does not flow out beautifully upon slitting the egg.

So don't put your expectations too high.

Manhattan and Co!

Finally get to try this, with the super worth it deal we bought from Groupon!

So we both ordered the Roast Duck pizza, hot hot spicy wings and soy garlic!
It tasted good and not too expensive for a fast food chain located at the basement of Orchard Central.

Antoinette @ Pehas Road

It a special day for him so brought him to this romantic place for dinner. 
It was cosy as there were sofa seats!

This is a French Cuisine so we ordered a mushroom soup which was solid good, a mushroom Risitto and a Special Carbonara.

The pasta used in this carbona is not those normal pasta types we always eat.

So it was something different and great.

Taste wise, its awesome too especially for a creamy based fan!

Tried the famous Antoinette cake too, earl grey with chocolate. It was a surprise inside.

Poulet @ Vivo City

Tried this new French Cuisine which basically serve Roasting Chicken. 

Order a creamy mushroom and one whole creamy mushroom chicken.
The taste was super good in terms of its creaminess.

Table Manners @ Changi City Point

So after studying at airport, we decided to head for a good meal!!!
Soo.. here we are, Table Manners.
A pretty cool place.
I ordered the King's Burger and you order 1/4 roasted spring chicken which tasted like Kenny Rogers :P
Well, pretty nice food laaa heehehe

This taste like the one in Saveur too! Mushroom cuppucino!

I think overall its nice.

Nam Nam Noodle House @ Raffles City

Vietnam pho pho noodles for our lunch!!!
Certainly you did enjoy it :) 
Beef balls is not really worth :O 
But, would love to explore more vietnam noodles with you :D

Saveur @ Far East

So this is the first time we tried French Cuisine, not bad! 
Would love to go there again :)
The mushroom cappuccino is something unique!!
However, my chicken was kinda a bad choice.

We came across this newly opened ice cream shop at AMK.

Its nitrogen ice cream, amazed by it and we decided to try :) 

Cool to see how the person made, and it tastes nice too! :)

Had Jack's Place at AMK.. 
We were on a budget sadly.. so we didn't managed to order steak.. :(

Finally we visited the very interesting design your own pancakes at bukit timah area :)
So there was this $10 buffet for student which we will have free flow toppings, WOW! 

 

So we chose Original and Pandan flavor.

 

Our wonderful toppings.. Fav are: fruity pebbles and cheddar!

 

Ordered root beer float to share, again. Heh but we were too busy to even eat the ice cream!!!
